Cancel & Change Order Policy

This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains how order cancellations and modifications are handled for purchases made through kinderlex.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after the order is successfully placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at [email protected] and include your order number as soon as possible.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 hours after purchase are processed free of charge.

Cancellation requests submitted after 2 hours but within 12 hours are subject to a 5% processing fee based on the total order value.

Approved refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Order Changes

Customers may request order modifications within 12 hours after placing an order.

Eligible changes may include:

  • Size changes
  • Color changes
  • Style changes
  • Shipping address corrections
  • Other order information updates

All change requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] and are subject to review and operational feasibility.

Orders Already In Processing

Once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, cancellation or modification requests may no longer be possible.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Orders already transmitted to fulfillment facilities.
  • Orders currently being processed or packed.
  • Orders assigned tracking information.
  • Orders that have already been shipped.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers whenever possible; however, fulfillment status may limit available options.

Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing checkout, including product selection, size, color, quantity, billing information, and shipping address.
